“Wonderful stay, good location and friendly staff.”
Breakfast was lovely, with a great selection of continental and hot options. A sweet touch was the chocolate left on your pillow each evening, and the nightcap Sherrie was available in the lounge. The atmosphere felt homely and warm, and the location was perfect. Unfortunately, the beds were worn out; our two single mattresses were joined to make a king‑size bed and felt like a dip. The linen and towels were good quality and everything was clean. The only issue was security: after we left, our room was left open for anyone to walk in, and the front‑street security gate at reception was often open. That was concerning.
