The Ac's switched off in the night and 1 room had an annoying sound from the ac all night long. We didnt complain at that time because we were super tired and had to leave early next morning

only the location. Reception staff are quite unprofessional. Rooms and washrooms are cleaned only at surface level. The door ways are smelly n carpets are old and musty. The restaurant food menu, quality and staff are not upto standard of a Novotel! In rooms too, no mineral water given. Only filtered water provided
