The hotel sits right in the town center; the Lupo room is spacious, with a large bathroom and a lovely balcony overlooking the square and Roccaraso. The only drawback was that breakfast offered only sweet items.

We had a very pleasant stay, great hospitality, nice rooms, and a comfortable bed. The central location was convenient, and thanks to Mr Attilio and Mr Enrico we felt at home and will definitely return. Bye Wendina❤. The only suggestion would be to add some savory items to the sweet‑only breakfast. Worth a visit, highly recommended!

The central location and the fact that they accept dogs were positives, but the breakfast was lacking and there was no air conditioning.

The cleanliness, the small but functional room furnishings, the large high‑quality bathroom, and the aesthetically pleasing, well‑maintained building were all good. Parking was a problem, forcing me to leave the car far away, and the constant chatter of locals who linger for hours in the public area under the windows on one side of the property made it impossible to sleep at night or rest during the day; I could only fall asleep late and it seemed more suitable for winter stays than summer, partly because the rooms are small and the street noise is loud unless the windows are closed. Breakfast only started at 8 am.
