“One night it was enough”

I liked that the hostel had clean bedding, shampoo, shower gel, and other basic toiletries. The dorm was spacious and the AC made it pleasant. I also appreciated the slippers, which helped keep the place clean. The communal area was cozy and inviting, a nice spot to relax and chat. The bathroom could have been cleaner, and the staff could have been more engaging, but for just one night it wasn’t a major issue.

“環境還可以 但網站上寫的入住時間與實際不符，當天要求我們中午12點前辦理入住，否則下午櫃檯人員就下班了”

It was cheap and reasonably clean. But the bed sheets had exposed needles on the hook, and I got pricked twice during the night. The wooden floor was uneven, soft to walk on and noisy. Also the room had no lock, and the 1st‑floor main door wouldn’t lock; staff said we never received any keys and that the room was part of the public space. The lockable locker in the room was tiny, only fitting one backpack; if you bring a suitcase you have to leave it on the floor and space is limited. Most annoying was that we were staying during the “迎王” event, and the hotel didn’t notify us in advance that early check‑in was required. They only called around 10 am asking if we could check‑in before 12 pm because they close in the afternoon, even though the website said check‑in could be anytime that night. If we had arrived earlier we might not have been able to check‑in at all.

“小琉球迎王活動很熱鬧”

Building 2 was conveniently located, close to the pier, with many shops around, the AC was cool, no elevator, and the first‑floor common area had a sofa where you could eat. Building 1 was about a 5‑7 minute bike ride to the pier, and the neighbor’s chickens would start crowing at dawn, a bit noisy.
