The staff responded quickly and the automatic key box outside was easy to use. The room was tidy and cozy. Breakfast was available at a corner café starting at 6am. The tram stop right in front of the hotel goes straight to Alexanderplatz. However, there was no lift and the room lacked enough power plugs, which was inconvenient.

The setting and location are very nice, but the bedding needs a rethink: an extremely soft mattress on pallets.

The proximity to attractions and especially the helpful suggestions made my stay more enjoyable. It’s also a great option because of the nearby public transport, and a few blocks away you can walk through the park. Everything was fine 🙌

I liked the room! But there was no human reception and the vibe was off; people ate in the lobby and it stayed dirty for days with crumbs everywhere.
