Interior architecture is interesting. 1. Front desk- no greetings even after i greeted as 'HI' 2. Could not understand English, so he requested his colleague's help. 3. Room service and House Keeping response was very poor, don't understand English, except Hindi, that made wrong items served to my room and served correct items after showing photos from Google images. 4. Did not felt being in Bangalore hotel, rather i felt in North side hotel. 5. No Bellboy service., i carried all my heavy luggages from entrance to room

“I am not happy”

The breakfast wasn’t set up as a buffet even though they said the number of guests was low, so I ended up without breakfast—quite disappointing. The staff’s penny‑wise attitude didn’t suit hospitality; they told me I’d booked an old room, yet there was no mention of old or new rooms in the booking app.

The staff were friendly, the hotel’s location was great, and it stayed clean. I only wish the room had a microwave and a fridge.
