Cómo valoran los huéspedes el hotel, aspecto por aspecto.
Large room, very tidy. You can’t park by car; there are paid parking spots within walking distance, and free parking is farther away. No staff present. I called the number for parking help, but the lady spoke only a few English words and otherwise exclusively Spanish. There was a vending machine for soda and chips, but no coffee. The former coffee bar was closed. No fridge in the room. Personally, I find self‑check‑in not obvious, but I’m 75 years old.

Location. No café service or food, water machine and others without service, no staff for clarifications. Spa and massage service – NOTHING.

The spot is right in the lively city center at night, yet the room stays quiet, and the rooftop pool offers a city view; however, the front desk was missing entirely.
