“Good breakfast but overpriced for the experience”

The breakfast offered plenty of hot and cold choices and the bed, mattress, and pillows were above average. However, the price feels way too high for what you get. The carpets in our room had a strange stickiness that made them feel dirty, even though the rest of the room looked fine. The noise from other rooms was far too loud for a $200/night room, and I’d expect a quieter experience. We stayed for one night to finish a long road trip and just wanted to relax by the pool, but the pool was closed for maintenance on a Saturday, which was a weird choice. We chose a spot away from the casino city center, which we appreciated, but the lack of outside noise didn’t matter when the interior noise was so loud. (Also, the pool photos on the website don’t match what we actually saw). The young man at the front desk seemed to be the only staff member; despite our booking listing the number of guests, the room wasn’t prepared with the right amount of towels, and he had to rush to bring us a towel. It was surprising to have only one person handling the front desk and room requests.
