Before arrival I asked customer service if a midnight check‑in was possible and they assured me the front desk was staffed 24 hours, yet at 12:00 am the hotel cancelled my reservation and blamed the booking site, forcing me to book an expensive room elsewhere at that hour. The hotel never replied to messages on the booking platform, the phone number was dead, and we couldn’t get any confirmation when we needed it—aside from being terrible I can’t think of any other way to describe it.
