The staff were the best, I liked the layout of the hotel, the breakfast is killer and I like the room service available 24/7 and their prices are reasonable, I would not consider another hotel when I visit next time. I was 100 % happy

The pools, the view and the cleanliness of the room. There is a lot of restriction on bringing food and drink.

It is advertised as 5*, but it is not. I never could see the TV, the room service took more than an hour.

The restaurant serves well‑prepared and fresh food, and the staff there are very friendly. From the moment I arrived, the valet parking team greeted me warmly and gave helpful directions and recommendations for my stay. The location is great, and walking around the nearby area feels safe. Our room was spacious with a fantastic view of the beach, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The common areas, like the bar and the dinner restaurant, were also very pleasant. The pools are a bit small for the number of guests the hotel can accommodate. The elevators take a little time to reach the upper floors, and during check‑out they can become crowded, making it slow to descend.
