A lovely stay, especially if you want to be right in the heart of Sigirya, close to culture and other tourist attractions. Lions Rock is just a few minutes away by early‑morning drive, or even walk if you’re still energetic. The host is very involved and helps you find what you want to see or discover, sharing a lot about Sri Lanka’s highlights. The family prepares a delicious breakfast with care.

The host is really nice, rooms are clean and beds comfortable. The room faces a lovely garden full of cute monkeys, and it’s very close to the lake, restaurants, etc.

I had a great 2‑night stay at Cattleya Guest House! The room was large, clean, comfortable, and set in a very peaceful garden setting. The home‑cooked breakfast was delicious! Asoka was a lovely host and even personally delivered a forgotten item to us in Dambulla after we left. I would definitely recommend staying here!
