Almost everything is wonderful. The staff tries hard, gives personal attention to each guest, the location is beautiful with wild nature, and the chef is excellent with a very delicate cuisine. On the arrival day in the morning they told us that the boat transfer would start at 4 pm, while check‑in was listed as 10 pm. We were driving from San Jose and had to rush without lunch, but they apologized before us.

While I appreciated the fresh fruit juice served in the morning, I felt that the hotel could benefit from more developed sports facilities, such as a gym or yoga classes.

This hotel is truly a slice of heaven, located in a secluded corner of Costa Rica's southern region. Unfortunately, I had to leave all too soon, but the memories of my stay will stay with me forever. The hotel's serene atmosphere and beautiful surroundings made it the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
