We’ve stayed here before and would definitely return. The property is stunning, rooms feel fresh after recent renovations, the owners are incredibly friendly, and the breakfast is outstanding.

We thank Svetlana and Theo for the lovely days and hospitality in Schiedam; the accommodation is super, very clean and modern, and the location is top. We brought bicycles and did a lot of things; Rotterdam is only 10 km away, and the North Sea is 25 km. The breakfast was exceptionally good. We’ll gladly return.

Everything was very clean and had everything needed for a pleasant stay; the river view was especially nice, and in the evenings you can sit comfortably on the terrace. The air‑conditioning is a real asset on hot days. The bed was a bit too soft for us, but that might be a plus for others.

The location was perfect for the Schiedam hockey club. The shower was spacious, the bed large, and the kitchen/dining area all exceptionally clean. The separate building offers cooking facilities, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble dryer for guests. We could walk into Schiedam and loved all the windmills. Nothing negative – we loved our time there.
