The hotel was beautiful, the staff friendly, and the breakfast excellent. The room was comfortable, spacious, and had great air conditioning. The location was a bit off‑beat from the main attractions, but the metro was nearby and easy to use once we figured it out.

The hotel was elegant and refined, especially in its layout, practicality, and the quality of furnishings both in the room and in common areas. I rarely have a breakfast as complete and varied, with high‑quality items for every taste. The front‑desk staff were friendly, yet sometimes struggled to handle tasks quickly and competently; their selection didn't match the hotel’s overall quality. The bathroom was stylish and welcoming, though it didn't have a bidet.

The furnishings, comfort, and staff were all good. Nothing else to add.

We had a decent breakfast. Unfortunately, our experience didn't live up to Marriott standards. At arrival, the parking wasn’t clearly marked; the doorman saw our trouble but didn’t approach us. After checking in, I asked if lunch was possible in the hotel because we were late for an event; I was told the restaurant served until 22:15, so we didn’t look elsewhere. When we got to the restaurant, we were told it was closed and only two dishes were available; we should have been informed earlier. The worst part was check‑out: I paid for both rooms and asked twice if everything was settled, noting that breakfast wasn’t included; I was told it was fine. Shortly after, while leaving, a receptionist chased us, saying breakfast hadn’t been paid. It was extremely embarrassing to be stopped in front of other guests, including important colleagues. I paid immediately, but from a Marriott I expected more professionalism and care. We’ll return to Milan, but not to this hotel.
