Only the location was acceptable; everything else was disappointing.

The bed was comfortable and the price was fair, yet the hallways were hot and smelly, the elevator was dirty, a roach died in my room, and breakfast offered very few options.

The room and bed were clean, but the front‑desk clerk had a bad attitude; she first assigned me room 204, which smelled of mildew, had mold on the ceiling, and water dripped onto the bed. When I asked for a different room, she lied that none were available, told me to sleep there and that another room would be ready the next day, then offered a refund. Suddenly she found room 207, which was not the king‑size single I paid for and had hair in the bathtub, and she admitted it had not been cleaned.
