The breakfast selection was very good and the dining area was spacious. I would have liked an outdoor spot to sit with coffee or a drink.

Great breakfast, nice staff, and a decent location for getting around. The rooms are starting to show their age, and the rates feel a bit high for what you get, but I’ll definitely stay again. It’s been a reliable and good place to stay in Duluth.

The beds were comfortable and the chairs outside the accommodation were very nice. The carpet had a bad smell.

The breakfast was excellent, with a nice variety of foods and everything kept clean and freshly stocked by the staff. My chairs felt a bit uncomfortable, and I wish there had been a footrest, but otherwise everything was very good.

The spot gives easy access to many parts of Duluth, stays clean and well kept, and the free breakfast is generous. All‑day iced water and coffee stations are a nice touch, and the staff were excellent.
