“Disappointing”

The location was fine, but the overall experience was disappointing due to poor communication, unexpected extra fees, noise, and a very limited breakfast. After booking, communication was very poor; I asked for early check‑in and only got a reply about eight hours before arrival, making cancellation impossible because I still had to pay the full amount. The hotel advertises a private beach, but I was told I would have to pay an additional €14 per person per day, an unexpected cost that should have been clarified before booking. The bar was another let‑down: I paid €14 for two small beers (€7 each) without being informed of the price beforehand, while a beachfront hotel bar the next day charged only €8 for two large beers. Noise was a serious problem; it was nearly impossible to keep the window open before about 2:00 p.m. because drunk men at the bar shouted loudly, making it hard to relax. Breakfast was also disappointing: each person received only two very small bread rolls the size of a small egg, with a buffet limited to a small amount of sliced cheese, sliced ham, and cold eggs; the coffee tasted like instant powder and was unpleasant. Individually these issues might seem minor, but together they greatly reduced the quality of the stay.
