We received an upgrade to a large, very nice room that was much bigger and prettier than I expected, and it matched the photos. The only drawback is that the bathroom is very small and the shower is half above the toilet, but that’s common in Indonesia.

The location is great, the room is simple and elegant with plenty of natural light from the windows, clean, and the bed is comfortable. There are glass bottles of water in the room and a water machine in the hallway you can refill anytime. We’re very happy with our stay, especially because the staff are sweet and kind. We’ve booked another three nights. Thank you for your hospitality; we’ll visit again in the future.
