The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The location is ideal; walking for about half an hour you have everything. The bathtub filter was dirty, but they cleaned it promptly. The projector didn’t work at first, but they fixed it. A downside: they enter the room to make the bed when you’re not there.

The room’s décor is nice, but the mattress and pillows were terrible—having decent ones would have made a huge difference. The bed linen, pillow and mattress were uncomfortable, and the shower was broken.

The location is close to the metro. The bathroom is very old, with a shower curtain and very minimal supplies, no shower or sink products. The room is simple and small, even though it’s one of the most expensive and largest rooms.
