1 double bed
The staff were really attentive, the beds felt fantastic, and the room was super comfortable. I left feeling well‑rested and taken care of.
I showed up only to be told there were no rooms available and that they'd try to charge me extra—what a disrespectful way to leave a guest scrambling at the last minute. The whole experience felt like a slap in the face.
“Pésimo servicio”
Walked in to a dirty lobby, was told there was no reservation, and within minutes there was still no room for me. It was a mess from start to finish.
“Sin palabras x q no respondieron al llamado”
I'd never heard of this place before, and when I tried to reach them by phone they never got back to me. It left me pretty frustrated.
“El hotel no existe en la dirección que aparece en la página... Nunca respondieron las llamadas. Me t”
The address listed online didn't exist, my calls went straight to voicemail, and I ended up having to find another hotel on the fly. Not a good look.
