The hotel is nice, clean, and comfortable, but the first reception was a bit cold. Also, don’t park on the street even to unload, as it’s reserved for residents.

Located between Toledo's ancient city centre and the River Tajo's natural area, Hotel Casona de la Reyna is a historic building built on 16th-century foundations. Retaining features like a centuries-old oven, cistern, fountains, and fireplace, the hotel blends historic charm with modern amenities, including WiFi internet and fine decor, offering a unique blend of past and present in a tranquil setting.

The location was great and there was a parking option, but the breakfast was just basic and the coffee could be better. Cleaning was only adequate; the bathroom wasn’t cleaned during our stay, only the trash bin was emptied.

I liked the location, but the parking was a hassle. We paid for parking for two nights and on the first night we arrived at 1 am, yet our car didn’t fit in the remaining space. The staff let us leave it poorly parked, but warned us to keep an eye on it in case someone needed to move it.

The staff were friendly, but the bathroom was a problem.

I really appreciated how quiet the hotel was, but I didn’t like that I couldn’t get a parking spot with my reservation.
