“Додати вказівники до входу, облаштувати й позначити паркування, попереджати гостей про банкети, тримати на рецепції черг”
Hey, the front‑desk lady was friendly, the bed was wide, the room had a fan and a water cooler on the floor. They turned off the banquet music at 22:00. Finding the entrance was hard – a door without a sign and a “Hotel” door that was locked. Parking on the neighbour’s lot was not marked; they told us it was closed and guarded at night, but it was just a fence with no lines and puddles everywhere, so we left our car with caution. The bass from the banquet could be heard on the top floor even though they promised soundproof rooms. Dinner didn’t work out because the restaurant’s music was blaring like a concert; we were offered room service, but the table was narrow with only one chair for two. Towels were old and stiff, the mattress was hard, and there were no clothes brushes – a modest “Deluxe” room. In the morning I accidentally broke a glass; the reception was empty and we had to hunt for the admin with backpacks on his shoulders. They didn’t show us a price list, quoted 200 UAH for a glass from a multi‑caliber set, and didn’t give a cash receipt.
