Breakfast was very tasty. The place is high up with a view of the whole city. We stayed in a room behind the bomb. The engine noise lasted all night, and the mattress was uncomfortable. They could leave a bottle of poison in the room to kill the insects.

The lodge is in a quiet spot, the morning coffee is wonderful, the room is very clean and everything is in order. I want to express my dissatisfaction with the pet lodging fee: a charge of R$ 75,00 per day was applied for my pet, which only weighs 5 kg. I find the amount excessive, especially since no service, facility or benefit specifically for the animal was provided to justify the cost. I also spoke with other couples staying there and they shared the same indignation, having paid the same daily fee and also being dissatisfied. I understand the lodge has the right to charge for animal accommodation, but I believe the charge should be fair, transparent and proportional to the services and facilities actually offered, taking into account the animal’s size and the conditions provided. It’s not about refusing to pay, but questioning whether the amount is reasonable given the lack of pet-specific benefits or services. It’s important that customers are informed in advance about the rates and what is included. I hope the lodge revises its charging policy, aiming for a fairer price and a better experience for guests traveling with pets. Paying for a service is fair, but the amount must be transparent, reasonable and compatible with what is offered.
