The front desk staff were welcoming, but the place was dirty and didn’t match the photos; the room facilities were old and some were broken, and the room was set up for two people while the equipment was only for one.

The room was spacious, the hospitality was the best, and customer service was excellent.

The price was good for the comfort, cleanliness, and quiet, and the staff were all respectful and served with love and friendliness—especially the reception guy, Mr. Shabhan, and the comments were true; Mr. Abdullah at reception and Mr. Ahmed in room service, along with the rest of the staff, were all wonderful. The only downside was the presence of an Asian family cooking loudly, which made the smell unpleasant and lasted a long time.
