The pool was nice and the room‑service food was tasty, but overall the stay was disappointing. The room was tiny, breakfast was pretty average, and I had to “ask” for basics like a robe, slippers, and to go downstairs for the mini‑bar and snacks. All of this for $365 per night – not sure it’s worth it.

I loved the view and the room, and the staff were super nice and accommodating to my needs. They even sent my bag up to the room when I requested early check‑in. The lifts were quick too, thanks to it being a newer property.

It’s a 10‑minute ride to the CBD and you get stunning city views. Kitty really made my trip better by letting me check in at 11 am – I had an early flight for a meeting that got cancelled, so I could prepare and rest before the afternoon session. She was a lifesaver.

The location is very handy for catching the tram and a 5‑minute walk to DFO. The views are beautiful and the room size is great. The only issue was that there could be more hooks in the bathroom for hand towels and on the door to hang clothing.

I like our convenient it is to the area of the city, it's not far trams or buses, and it's so easy to find. I do wish there was access to parking that wasn't so far away
