The location was fine, close to the S-Bahn. The staff were completely overwhelmed, speaking little German, and the booked room was missing even though three were still listed online. We were given a replacement room that lacked a toothbrush cup and hygiene towels, and the breakfast cutlery was insufficient.

The place is modern and easy to reach. Bookings made through Booking are only guaranteed until 18:00 if paid on site; a check‑in after 18:00 is not guaranteed. That policy wasn’t clear or obvious when I booked.

The new furniture and clean room were nice. We arrived at the hotel around 14:10 h but were not allowed to check‑in until 15:00 h.

Nothing special, the price is absurdly high and the reception staff act condescending. There was not even a bottle of water, and the basic accommodations for almost 500 EUR did not include room service or decent food options. In the morning a cleaning staff knocked and tried to open my door while I was still in bed. If you can avoid it, save yourself the trouble.
