The size of the property, the well‑kept gardens, and the immersion in nature were nice, as was the room’s size and cleanliness. The spa was good, even though the Turkish bath didn’t work. The massage was excellent. We didn’t get a heads‑up that a wedding would be held during our stay, which occupied the common areas and the restaurant, and that cut down the lunch menu quite a bit. Despite that, the staff were very kind in offering us that lunch. Also, some spa items (the massage room floor and the locker hinges) were extremely rusty. There was no Wi‑Fi in the room, and the TV in the Deluxe room was very old.

Nothing positive comes to mind. The property feels run-down and shabby, the access road needs repair—it's a dusty, rutted path. Inside the room it was hot, there was no air‑conditioning, and the ceiling fan only circulated the warm air. The windows couldn't close, so we couldn't darken the room. The pool water was heavily chlorinated, and you could smell it from a distance. We booked and paid for three nights but fled after one night.
