I spent one night at B&B l'Ulivo and left with a great impression. The location is simply beautiful: you immediately feel a pleasant atmosphere upon arrival, making it an excellent starting point for enjoying the stay. Another aspect I appreciated a lot was the staff: courteous and always ready to meet every need without ever making the request feel burdensome. These little attentiveness gestures truly make a difference. The room was large and spacious, well‑finished, and the bed deserves a special mention: it’s wide and extremely comfortable, guaranteeing a genuine night of rest. Don’t forget the breakfast, which has that genuine, natural taste you notice right away: nothing pre‑packed, but products that taste like home and quality. Finally, the value for money is fairly good: considering what the property offers, I felt satisfied with the expense. Overall, an experience I recommend for anyone looking for a well‑crafted stay, even just for one night, in a stunning location with warm hospitality. Despite the overall positive experience, a couple of aspects deserve mention. In the bathroom, unfortunately, the extractor fan wasn’t working: a detail that weighs more than expected, since it’s essential for air exchange during the shower. More frequent checks of such systems would be helpful. Also, in the morning there were a bit of shouting in the corridor, which could be annoying, especially for those staying longer and wanting a calm wake‑up, perhaps staying in bed a few minutes longer. These are minor imperfections that don’t alter the overall positive judgment of the property.

The owner is friendly and welcoming, the cleanliness and quietness are perfect for resting on a trip to southern Italy… the highway entrance is just beyond Bologna.
