“Pésima organización, limpieza y comunicación”

There was no positive aspect. The communication was terrible and the service was awful. I sent five emails and WhatsApp messages to confirm pick‑up and airport transfer, explaining everything ahead of time to avoid issues on arrival, yet I still spent over an hour at reception because they had no information and nobody seemed to know what was going on. Even doing a simple 1 + 1 calculation caused problems, which is concerning in a hotel. The room didn’t meet basic standards: the fridge was filthy and disgusting, the bathroom had no ventilation, and there was no toilet paper when we arrived; we had to request it. Overall, a very disappointing experience. The lack of organization, communication, and cleanliness left a lot to be desired.

The staff were very friendly and breakfast was excellent. The photos don’t match reality. The wardrobe had many cobwebs, the room wasn’t freshly cleaned, and, as described (or visible in the pictures), there was no shampoo or body wash, only one large towel, so nothing for hand drying. There’s also no kettle and no cups or mugs in the room.

“Logement bon rapport qualité prix”

Good value for a night or two. The facilities need refurbishment, such as the TV, and the orange juice at breakfast was poor quality.

Within walking distance of restaurants. Friendly staff and a large room, but everything needs a bit of maintenance.
