“Nice stay on our way south”
The staff were kind, the hotel was easy to reach from the highway, the restaurant was nice, and it was convenient for a family to order food into the room.

The service, friendliness, and dinner were good, but there was no wardrobe.

The hotel is furnished with great detail, the bathrooms are very nice and comfortable, the staff are very friendly and helpful, there is free parking, the hotel is on the edge of Bremen, and thanks to good public transport you can reach the city in 20 minutes; the tram stop is a few minutes' walk from the hotel; the hotel has a lovely terrace where you can eat comfortably in the green.

Free parking at the hotel was a plus, the breakfast was excellent, the room was spacious, and overall we were very satisfied, though a kettle for tea and coffee would have been nice.

We think criticism should be voiced openly rather than kept in the pocket; only by telling you what you do well or poorly can you change or keep it. The food in your restaurant was very good, both in taste and in price‑value, and the service was great. We were disappointed with the breakfast: the price‑value was off, the eggs we didn't like (probably made from Tetra‑Pack egg liquid rather than fresh eggs) were either all or cold, and there were no alternatives such as scrambled eggs, eggs with bacon, cheese or herbs. Two other tables had the same issue. We felt that with the room rates, the egg options should have been more varied. Service at breakfast, except for checking and refilling the buffet, did nothing about the missing or cold eggs, no inquiry if something was missing, no clearing of used plates.
