They’re marketed as a 4‑star but it really felt like a 5‑star hotel—very comfy, spacious, extra clean, and perfectly located away from noise, all at a good price. The staff upgraded us to a larger room because we had an infant, and we felt it would be uncomfortable otherwise. The room doors slam a bit loudly; a stop at the frame end could prevent slamming and annoying other guests.

My stay was good, and the staff were very refined and helpful, for which I thank them. I have a few minor notes: the bathroom insulation is weak, causing problems while showering, and there are few bathroom supplies. I hope these points are addressed to improve guest comfort, and I appreciate the staff for their efforts. The room insulation is poor, sound travels between rooms, and there is a problem in the bathroom during showering with a lack of supplies.

The hotel was extremely clean and quiet, and the staff were wonderful, friendly, and helpful—especially the pretty girl named Goldan who was very cooperative. We arrived early and they let us in early, even upgraded us from a standard room to a suite, which was truly amazing. The young man at reception, Armanj, was also very helpful. Breakfast was excellent and varied, and the staff in charge of breakfast were fantastic. By the way, the hotel’s DDK is always my favorite place to visit in Dhahuk. Nothing was lacking; everything was great.
