I liked the place for its balcony and the very white bedding—it was a wow moment, something I hadn’t seen in poor Russia. However, there were hair on the floor, and there were no toothpaste or toothbrushes in the room, so I had to go down and ask for them.

I had to leave this place! The rooms have mold, hot water takes exactly two minutes to start, the corridor and room smells awful, the pillows are so thin they’re almost nonexistent, everything is dirty, the bed is extremely uncomfortable, the rooms are poorly insulated so you can hear cars all night; only the staff are nice, but at that price they add nothing. The hotel even gives a free box of noodles for every positive review posted on a review site.

The location was convenient, yet the hotel was dirty and the staff opened the door while we were inside the room.
