The staff were very helpful and always available, making everything effortless, and the hotel offered in‑room and laundry service, which was very handy; however, the Sunrise room was noisy, with chatter from the lobby and the white music playing in the morning, and the shower leaked, flooding the floor for hours each time we showered.

The lively vibe inside and around the hotel is nice, but passing through a restaurant to reach reception doesn’t feel like a proper hotel atmosphere.

Breakfast was excellent, and everyone from reception to the restaurants was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable; we stayed more inside than outside. I expected the Avatar Gold Coins at F&B to be added to my bill and deducted at checkout, but that process could be clearer.

The front desk team were quick to address our requests, with Charan at reception handling everything promptly. The breakfast buffet was solid, and the manager at Loft was friendly, sharing plenty about the hotel and its upcoming projects. Their Spanish Omelette hit the spot, and they brewed fresh tea just the way we wanted.
