Speed and convenience of booking were good. Not everything in the room and bathroom matched the description on the website.

Location was fine. There was no towel, no shampoo, and the door to the shower cubicle had to be opened and closed like a plumbing job. The shower head had no holder, so you had to hold it with one hand while washing with the other; it looked like my late grandmother’s. In the morning I wanted a cup of coffee, but that service wasn’t available. At reception everything was written down in a notebook; they didn’t seem to know what a computer was. The area around the hotel was overgrown with weeds even before the war, there were no bins, only plastic boxes. The parking was unguarded. The building’s façade was under renovation during construction.

“Нормальний готель для відпочинку на вихідні”

The room was cozy, clean, and had everything you need; the bed was comfortable. The staff were polite, went out of their way to accommodate us, and gave us a different room with separate beds. There were plenty of shops and cafés close by. However, the white sheets had stains, which was a downside.
