The hosts’ extraordinary friendliness. Otherwise everything 😘
The property is new and the room fully met my expectations: spacious and equipped with all comforts. Mrs. Enza and Francesca were very welcoming, available, and kind. Breakfast was good, with excellent products prepared by Mrs. Enza. A truly pleasant stay! I must point out one aspect that disappointed me: cleanliness. Upon arrival there was a toothpaste stain on the bathroom tiles near the sink that remained for about three days until I cleaned it myself. Also, one of the face towels was visibly soiled with makeup, a glaring issue. Throughout the stay I felt the floor was never perfectly clean. I suspect the cleaning service was not carried out with proper attention. It’s a real pity because the property is new, well‑maintained, and the proprietors, Mrs. Enza and Francesca, were very welcoming and kind. My advice is to check the work of the staff more closely, as that would make the experience truly impeccable.
My partner and I stayed here last week for four nights. The building is brand‑new, spotless, and just a short walk from the city centre. Francesca’s mother, a very kind and helpful lady, makes her own morning pastries that truly stand out. Monica, who assists with breakfast, is sunny and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The place is very charming, immaculate, with spacious rooms that have every comfort.
Excellent location, friendly and very welcoming staff, impeccably clean and well‑maintained facility.
“Ottima soluzione per chi cerca il massimo del comfort”
Central location, staff kindness (Ms. Monica prepares very good breakfasts), cleanliness, well‑cared‑for and well‑maintained structure.
