The hotel is tucked inside the flower beds, a rustic old building that has just been beautifully renovated, keeping its brick vaulted ceilings while adding modern designer furniture. The garden, including the biodynamic lake, is stunning. There is a lovely restaurant with an open‑view kitchen that only serves lunch with a fixed menu; we didn’t get to try it, but the menu looks intriguing. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the location is very convenient, only a few minutes from the highway exit. On the downside, the breakfast, while varied and well set up, would have been amazing if it included homemade dishes from the chef and my beloved ginseng (there are already automatic machines that dispense it). The mattress felt a bit too firm for my back and the pillows were too soft; there was no alternative. Overall, though, these are minor issues compared to everything else.

The location, rooms, and overall structure were all good. The only drawback was the breakfast, which was served in an open area next to the kitchen; when I arrived, they were cooking meat and it wasn’t very pleasant to wake up to that.

Easy to reach, just outside Pistoia. The room was nice and spacious with a huge shower and great beauty products. The welcome was informal and helpful. They recommended a nearby restaurant, which turned out to be a pleasant surprise. We arrived in the evening and couldn’t enjoy the outdoor garden, which looks very nice. The room cleaning was only adequate. I noticed the sheets were stained and worn, and I would have asked for a change (they kindly brought an extra set of towels), but no staff were present in the evening. Breakfast hours were too short and we missed it, which was a pity.

The room was very large, with beautiful parquet. The bathroom was huge with a very spacious shower. Unfortunately, the room wasn’t very clean; the floor was very dirty and I proved it when the white socks I wore turned black.
