“Somethings are not the same as before.”

Employees are very friendly and respectful; the cleaning staff have outstanding personalities. I found black mold in my shower and felt unwell because of a respiratory issue. I reported it to the manager, who acknowledged how bad it was. The cleaning crew was sent up to clean the shower, but they couldn’t remove all the mold; it was that bad. For the last few years this is the only place I stay when in Vegas, but it seems the cleaning is declining. I noticed a supervisor instead of checking the cleaning crew’s work; she was asking customers in the hall if they were leaving, then going into rooms to collect tips, which was sad because the cleaning crew could have used it for an incentive. When I went downstairs for breakfast, the waitress was constantly in the corner, talking to customers and looking at their phones together. I never received service. You could actually hear them speaking about personal things. At one point a customer showed the waitress a photo, and she replied, “Oh that’s near her home.”

The staff were very welcoming, the hotel had everything you could need, and the room was quite nice. It’s a good place with excellent value for money.

The place was clean and had less cigarette smell than other hotels, plus 24/7 dining. The only downside was the lack of a poker room.
