I never recommend this place; the reception was extremely slow, and they handled my luggage like I’d be taking a microbus to my room after a long wait. I had to call customer service six times before they sent me a key, which finally arrived an hour and a half later. They don’t answer the phone or respond to messages. The room had a bar with a weird setup—ordering a drink felt like a complaint. We checked out after a full hour, and the reviews on Booking don’t reflect the reality; if someone books through Booking, they’ll still get a rating, but I refused to leave before I departed.
