“Soggiorno Piacevole”

Fabio, the manager, is a wonderful person, extremely kind, and he gave us directions when we landed – the property is easily reachable from Palermo airport by train, getting off at Palazzo Orleans station and walking 5 minutes to the hotel. Since the apartments share a kitchen, we found the supermarket right below the building very convenient. We recommend it for its strategic location, the quiet away from the center (11 minutes on foot). From your comfortable apartment, you have limited options if you don’t want to walk: bus, train, and scooters; you can easily reach Mondello for a day at the beach or Monte Pellegrino to visit the Sanctuary of Santa Rosalia. The room with air‑conditioning stays cool, the shower is wonderful, and the environment is always clean and fragrant. We never bothered other tourists despite different habits; each room has its own privacy. Thanks to Fabio for his constant availability for any need. Try it!

“CERCA DE LA ESTACION.”

It’s perfect for a night out. Quiet and close to the station. The facilities are renovated and clean. Communication with Fabio was easy. The neighborhood around the station isn’t the best. The “Sanitrit” in the toilet didn’t work, so we had to throw used or stained papers in the bin; we couldn’t flush them, but oh well…

“Very good hotel”

The owner was very kind and responded quickly anytime. The room was the cleanest and most modern. The shared space was almost good with nice interior design. The location is good from the train station that connects with the PMO airport. The only issue was that we would have liked a new towel every day.

The apartment was freshly renovated in October 2024, so everything still felt new, but it seems some items were chosen for cost over durability and quality, which might affect future reviews. The location is quiet, and from the rooms you can see the rooftops and surrounding Palermo hills. It’s in a residential block, so you have to walk a few minutes to shop, grab coffee or eat at a ristorante, but that still feels calm for Palermo. The host was very friendly and helpful, and the Wi‑Fi worked great. The only downside was the elevator to the sixth floor breaking down during our stay, which would be a serious issue for anyone with mobility problems or heavy luggage, making the climb to the sixth floor a real hassle.
