“One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, and I would never stay here again.”

I stayed for two nights, and my room was not cleaned at all during my stay. There was not even an electronic key card, and everything felt very outdated and inconvenient. The staff were not attentive, and communication was also very poor. Based on the photos and ratings, I expected something completely different, but the reality was far below my expectations. There was a constant smell of cigarette smoke throughout the hotel. The reception staff would gather around the reception area and smoke inside the hotel. As a guest, I found this very uncomfortable, and it made me feel neither safe nor at ease
