Vita lenta terrazza Roma Garbatella

“Extremely noisy (paper thin walls)”

The room matched the description and the jacuzzi was nice, but it was attached to the owner's neighbouring property, making peace of mind a gamble because the door was paper‑thin. Loud guests next door kept us up every night, and despite repeated requests for them to lower the noise, the owner dismissed us, saying they weren't loud. The host ignored our pleas until check‑out, so while the room itself was decent, the host and adjacent property lowered the overall quality.

The location, room cleanliness, and terrace were great, but we paid for a room that included breakfast and found only coffee, tea, and a few biscuits in the room, with no sugar. When we asked about breakfast, the host never replied, and all communication went through WhatsApp.

“I do not recommend!”

I liked that there was a parking spot. Unfortunately, the room was not very clean and was untidy. The area was very dirty, with garbage on the streets and bad smells. The included breakfast was not really breakfast; I’ll attach a photo of it (this was the breakfast for 2 people, for 2 days).

“Awesome”

It was very pretty. The destination.

The place is in a great spot, just a short walk to the metro and bus stop, and there are several restaurants around. The view from the terrace is beautiful and the jacuzzi there is a nice touch. The owner replied quickly and gave good recommendations. They offer juice and cookies or croissants as a pleasant extra, but you can also grab a good breakfast at the on‑site café.
