new pool area is nice if you got kids its got 2 pools slide big hot tub for you. bottom floor condo is not like top floors not so impressed with em my 10th stay first time on bottom

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the spa tub was fantastic. The staff pushed hard to book us into a timeshare presentation, there was a large stain in the carpet, the walls were thin so we could hear the people next door, I got stuck in the elevator, and we found a bed bug.

The spa tub was a highlight, but the aggressive time-share sales pitch when we arrived really soured the experience. My husband politely told them we already had a timeshare, but they just wouldn't take no for an answer. It was really off-putting and made us regret our decision to stay here.

We were pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and quiet rooms at this hotel. However, our initial room was a bit too small for our liking. Thankfully, the staff allowed us to upgrade to a larger room, which was excellent.
