“I had to bear with the poor hotel management for the way that they treated us during the stay.”
The location wasn’t bad. They have a very nice shisha spot downstairs on the ground floor, and the ginger lemon tea was especially good. For a four‑star hotel, this definitely isn’t 4 stars. The AC in the room stopped working, and the management couldn’t fix it; I was without AC for about 6 hours. The breakfast was very dry and seemed to be leftovers from the day before, or even two days earlier. When I asked for some compensation for the AC or other problems, they basically couldn’t do anything or help me. It was a very bad experience, and I don’t recommend this hotel. For a 4‑star hotel, this should actually be 2 stars.

The service from Ahmed Al-Hoshani at reception was very helpful, and he showed me around the hotel and its facilities while offering all the support I needed. There were no negatives.
