“A Peaceful Jungle Retreat with an Exceptional Host”

I had an amazing stay at Peaceful Green Villa in Unawatuna. The place is truly perfect — a spacious and comfortable accommodation set right in the middle of lush jungle, making it incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The garden and the view are absolutely beautiful, creating a serene atmosphere throughout my stay. The host was exceptional — very kind and thoughtful. He even brought me fresh fruit in the morning and kindly prepared breakfast on his own initiative, which was a lovely surprise and much appreciated. Everything felt effortless and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and authentic experience in nature. Honestly, I couldn’t find anything negative to say about this place. The villa is not the easiest to find at first, but that’s also part of its charm — it’s exactly what makes it such a peaceful and unique location, surrounded by nature. Once you arrive, you realize it’s absolutely worth it

If you are looking for a quiet place in the middle of nature, this is the perfect spot. The property is in a beautiful garden with many different trees—a real piece of paradise. It is very peaceful and you can often see animals, like the water monitors typical of Sri Lanka. ​The rooms are very nicely designed and you have your own kitchen, which is great. I also loved using the pool whenever I wanted. Since the place is hidden away, a scooter is ideal to explore the area. Alternatively, you can simply use a Tuk-Tuk; there is a very reliable driver you can call when needed (for a fee). ​The hosts are incredibly warm people. I was regularly given delicious food and felt so welcome that I extended my stay day by day. It was very hard to leave this place. ​A truly great experience.I highly recommend it to everyone who wants to relax!

“Yes, yes and yes”

The whole place is suuuuch a vibe. A remote villa built quite literally by the hands of the owner, planted all different kinds of fruits and plants like a coconut tree, tea leaves, banana, pineapple, and many more! The level of detail is honestly remarkable, we had the room with the bath tub and the tub is even surrounded by a self made lil in‑house beach made out of small beach stones, soooo cute!!! Everything was working well, especially the AC and the wi‑fi💪🏾 special emphasis on the wi‑fi since this allowed us to super comfortably work from the desk in the apartment. We stayed for 7 nights and even extended for one night and shortened our subsequent stay at the Kosgoda Sheraton🌟 We also rented the scooter which I highly recommend since it compliments the overall island jungle vibe great and you are not depended on tuk tuks since the place is rather off the cuff. Straight 10/10

“Hors du commun”

The calm, the panoramic view, the welcome from Geeth. The dinner prepared by him and his wife and served in the garden. The gargantuan breakfast on the balcony with the magical view. The quality of the services in the accommodation and the very spacious room: without a doubt the biggest we have had during our trip. Nothing. Geeth is attentive to his guests and that still surprises us after 12 days because we are not used to being treated so well.

A beautiful, excellently equipped accommodation with a very helpful and competent host. Geeth organized a transfer to the airport for us very spontaneously at a very fair price. Unfortunately we had to leave much too early, we would have liked to stay longer and enjoy the pool and garden more.
