The room was huge and flooded with light, and you could hear the river right beside it, which was a nice touch. The downside was the lack of curtains and basically no storage – just a tiny hanging rack with a few shelves.

Staying right by the river was lovely – the sound of the water, the trees, and the birds made it feel peaceful. The only snag was that it got a bit warm at times, and a fan in the room would have helped.
