The Single Room – Non‑Smoking is located on an upper floor reachable by elevator and features air‑conditioning, heating and soundproofing. The sleeping area includes a single bed with linen and towels, a desk, a socket beside the bed, carpeted flooring and a telephone, while a flat‑screen TV with satellite channels, free Wi‑Fi and a wake‑up service (alarm clock) are provided. The private bathroom offers a shower, bathtub, bidet, free toiletries, hand sanitiser, towels, a clothes rack and a toilet, and the room also contains a refrigerator, electric kettle and tea/coffee maker.
When we booked for a group, the arrival time wasn’t coordinated in advance; on the day we arrived at noon the lobby still had a vacancy, but they claimed more guests were coming and told us to manage our luggage ourselves, so we couldn’t move the luggage of over ten people and were forced to pay an extra three‑hour room charge of 6000 JPY and store it ourselves. I have already sent a complaint letter to the company.

The staff were incredibly courteous on my first visit, so I’d definitely stay here again; the only drawback was that there was just a single washing machine and dryer, otherwise everything was fine.
The bathhouse was excellent, but the Chinese housekeeping staff would directly ask in Mandarin if we needed the room tidied. Breakfast portions were small and the menu never changed.
The staff is truly friendly and helpful. The luggage delivery service to other cities is very convenient. The location is perfect.
