Despite the hotel’s location, there was hardly anything else that was satisfactory. Very disappointing stay and extremely unprofessional service. Unfortunately, my experience at the hotel was far from satisfactory. The staff was highly unprofessional and unresponsive to basic guest requests. The toilet was not properly cleaned, there were water-related issues, and we couldn’t get hot water for bathing. Even after informing the staff about the bathroom issues, no one came to check or resolve them. The same lack of responsiveness was experienced when requesting basic amenities like the morning kit or asking for help. The food service was equally disappointing. Our breakfast took more than 2 hours to arrive, and even then, we had to follow up multiple times before it was arranged. The same issue occurred with our dinner order as well. Overall, the service was extremely poor, with a clear lack of professionalism, responsiveness, and concern for guests. The staff needs significant improvement in both communication and service quality. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel or consider staying here again
