“Overall, the hotel reflects the price. It was a decent stay, and I would consider staying again.”

The price was reasonable, which was a key reason for choosing this hotel. When the fridge had a problem, the staff were accommodating and offered to move us to another room. The bed was fairly comfortable, and even though our room wasn’t ready upon arrival, they had it ready within about 20 minutes. We arrived roughly 45 minutes after check‑in started, but our room still wasn’t cleaned; we were first told it could take another hour. The hotel is under renovation, and the room’s cleanliness could have been better, with several small areas that seemed overlooked.

I can’t even begin to describe how dirty the room was. We’ve stayed here before and it’s never been this bad. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting, and the shower curtain clearly hadn’t been changed.

“Good Place to put your head down. Terrible in it's attempt.”

I appreciated the free breakfast and the incredibly comfortable beds, which let me sleep well the whole stay. The staff were friendly and attentive to most of my needs, though they were busy remodeling some rooms, so not everything was met. However, everything else was a problem: my room wasn’t tidy when I entered, there was food or nuts on the floor near the couch, and a cleaner left their wash rag hanging on the shower. The shower curtains looked decayed and needed replacement. Electrical issues plagued the room: I couldn’t turn on the TV, lamps, or the entire right side of the room unless the foyer light was on, which looked like a temporary fuse box, so the electrical work was clearly off. The staff never cleaned up the mess they left after I reported it when I left for an event. For over $100 a night, I expected better upkeep but got everything else instead.

It was close to where we were meeting. I wish they had told us about the remodeling that needed to be done.

“It was fine for a cheap stay.”

The price was good, the breakfast was good, and the location was good. They were amid a remodel: old headboards and other furniture were piled up in the halls and lobby, and there was a funky smell in the hall. Our air‑conditioning unit (though it worked) was falling apart and filthy. Our room key cards had to be reset each day. Instead of an apology, we were accused of having done something to cause the problem.
