Location is within walking distance of the malls. There is a convenience store on the ground level. Very disappointed. We booked and paid for a unit good for 4 adults, but a day before arrival, they suddenly claimed a 3-person policy. We had no choice but to get another unit, which ruined our budget and caused stress. Instead of saving, we spent more. What’s worse, we saw another group of 4 guests allowed in one unit! Be careful, this seems like a last-minute scheme. Always confirm and stand by your booking details

The location, and the water dispenser that is very helpful. Sadly, we were not able to use the refrigerator because it’s a bit smelly, and have little roaches at the bottom, and some on the sink, and the shower wall near the lavatory

No response from the host. No messages. No WhatsApp. The number is inactive. No one gave me the keys. I booked another room in the same residence and requested a refund

It's near MoA. Summary: As soon as I arrived the condo, I asked for a refund and started looking for another place to stay. Nobody bothered to clean before I went. The trash can had rubbish from previous occupant. The place was full of cockroaches, some of them dead, some of them alive. I killed 3 before self-confirming I should run away from there. When I complained to the people in charge, they didn't even reply me. Until this day, I am still waiting for them to reply. Luckily Booking agreed to refund me - thanks Booking. The bathroom and kitchen facilities looked old, but didn't have time to try
