Everything about the hotel is very enjoyable; I always look forward to staying here. The Grand Centre Point Terminal 21 is our first choice for a stay in Bangkok because it’s so convenient for our needs, and this is our sixth visit.

The location is good, but the old air‑conditioning unit makes a loud noise that disturbs sleep, the room is damp, and there is no dehumidifier provided.

The room is clean, all drinks are free, breakfast is tasty with a wide variety, and the usual items are there every morning, though some selections change so staying multiple nights never gets boring. I arrived on an early flight and was able to check into my room by 11:00. The power outlets are loose, and there is no desk at the right height for working on a PC.
